Whats up with the suspension?

This is an awesome car! But so fragile...

Hey can soeone help me? Im experiencing some problems with this patch:
1) Some cars have their names switched. For example, when im driving a patriot, the name of the car is actually 'sabre gt'
2) Tire marks, blood and dirt from riding offtrack are always visible on my car, form every angle.
3)the cars dont drive very hot, has the handling been changed on purpose?
4) I have two different sets of skies, it depends on what camara angle you are looking at. In broadday light, the game is way too light
