I don't understand a single word from what you just said. ReadMe's of Active Dashboard are also all in russian, so, I still have no idea where vehsets.txt belongs to...

The glass is way too white. But besides of that, it's a great truck, working great in SA-MP. Love it!

I would rate it 10/10 if it would work with SilentPatch - which it doesn't.
So it only gets a 5/7

Pros:
+ Two colors
+ HQ Mesh
+ Medium quality interior
+ Working with SilentPatch's rotor blur

Contras:
- LOD from original News Maverick without textures
- Not optimized for SA:MP
