I have problem with shadows.asi. My McAfee says it's trojan... Should I ignore it and let it be in GTA folder?

Hey, can anyone help me solve my problem? My PC spec: i7-7700HQ 2.8GHz, 8GB RAM DDR4, GTX 1050 Ti. I have problem with this ENB because it runs in 15-20fps only! And yes, I'm sure I'm turning on GTA with nvidia gpu instead of intel gpu.
