Does this require Project 2dfx ?

Dude , When I open this in TXD Workshop It crashes and it pops your crappy message saying do not steal or whatever

@Alhassan Ahmed I think the guy you replied to mistaken this mod for the Project 2dfx timecyc which pretty much ALMOST look the same

Does it work on any modded car ?
