Penyebaran virus laboratorium memaksa seorang polisi bernama Nicky untuk berusaha bertahan hidup di San Andreas sambil bertemu teman-teman baru dan menemukan solusi wabah ini. Nicky harus menghadapi para infected yang ganas, dan manusia yang lebih berbahaya daripada infected itu sendiri

A virus codenamed 'Z' has spread out from the laboratory. A young police named Nicky must survive the deadly outbreak with other survivor while finding the solution for this plague. Nicky must face the deadly infected and the humans who are more dangerous than the infected themselves.
