Your uploaded RAR archive only consist of a texture file. But in order to install your skin mod, you also need the model file. Well, I need the URL where to download the model.

@Alex - It works simple (using Mediafire as example): You have two upload options:
a) from computer
b) from web.
For a) I don't have to explain, b) you just have to paste the link, and pre-build script downloads file from one database to another. That's how I mostly upload files from here to MFire.
Well, I'm not a webmaster, so I can't say you how do it works in "code"

There's little one, also in upload form. Maybe it's not bug, but whatever...
In "Author URL:" it's needed to put all the http://... thing, when before "Relaunch" it was not needed.
