Started hopping back on gta iv recently it was lacking in the skin department i've made skins before so i decided to make one myself enjoy yall.

Open up OpenIV go to pc>models>cdimages>playerped.rpf Change head_diff_000_a_whi.wtd and hand_diff_000_a_whi.wtd
