does anyone know the controls on how to extend and raise the crane? All I can do with it is turn it, numpad 9 and 7 does something with it, but it doesn't extend out.

gta garage mod manager says the txd is corrupted, and txd workshop says there's an access violation when trying to view the txd, is there a way to fix to txd files?
