Yes i have changed the accuracy and attack rate of almost every NPC in missions, save the ones CJ doesn't really interact with.
They shoot in short bursts and they are all balanced between short and long distances, depending on the location.

@Paritosh The skin comes with the underground mod itself, and by that i mean that just by tiping this custom cheat: "changeperspective" the player skin will be switched with Claude from gta 3, then tommy when tiped again, and back to cj if tiped once more again.

It's in development, the clothes were untouched but custom hair stiles were added (like the mustaches).

P.S: the player img files inside the model folder can be modded as you wish.
