It's locked for a reason, genius. If you made a mod you worked hard on and released it to the public only for someone to either rip from your work or release on their own and claiming they did it when you know you did it, then you'd understand. So until that happens, STFU and go cry in the kiddie-corner. My guess is you tried to rip something from it.
