OK, so I've got this REALLY annoying problem:
I download the RAR, but when I extract it, what should be the .exe turns into "alifhbjabsdhfgre.tmp" (I'm paraphrasing a bit, but it does turn into a gibberish .tmp file).
Here's the irritating part: I've done literally EVERYTHING to try and fix it.

I changed .tmp to .exe and it looks like it fixes it, (Icon works and everything), but when I double click it, it just creates a new .tmp file and deletes the one I double clicked on.

I "repair & extracted" the RAR with WinRAR.

I used 7Zip instead.

Literally nothing works and I'm DYING for it to just work.

Can ANYONE help me?
