You dont need to enable the hitman level. You can just change the flag for walking while aiming in the gangster level. You cant level up with this weapon anyway. I recommend GTA Ultimate Editor for all your weapon.dat editing. There is just one thing - if you change the timing of any weapon - the rate of fire - be sure to open weapon.dat manually and find the three values (like 6 12 6) for crouching. There are always two groups of these three numbers for each skill level for each weapon. The first three numbers are for firing when standing up, the second group is for firing while crouched. For some reason, the Editor only allows you to edit the standing up timings. So if you change those, be sure to change the crouched ones manually so that theyre not different. You can leave them different, but it doesnt make sense with most weapons. Why would your full auto weapon fire faster when you crouch?
