Hey dude. Why do you re-size your cars? Check your cars in-game. If a character stands next to it, its head is usually not even over the roof. Check the vehicles' size compared to characters in GTA 5 - there they are normal (or check videos if you don't have the game). Don't re-size them based on their GTA San Andreas counterparts - San Andreas vehicles are over-sized and not realistic what so ever.
You are doing great conversions, please don't ruin them with sizes :/

In my opinion, scaling is perfect. As Stanier is completely in same size while parked next to Ikey07's Crown Vic

I just wrote not to compare to other over sized vehicles. Compare to characters.

@Noob001 - Stupid way. I remember, that I had Lara Croft's model which was more than two metres tall. He SHOULD compare to other vehicles.

Take CJ and stand next to the police car. Then go outside and stand next to your neighbor's car.
I'm not talking about comparing to other wrongly made mods.

The windows reflections are the problem with enb series.

1 - CJ has small height. Other charecters in SA are taller than him.
2 - GTA SA has some size problems (GTA SA cars are oversized, peds don't match so much even in animations when they sit in a car AND GTA V peds and GTA SA have a bit different sizes).
3 - I set size of my cars to 105% (before was 108%). And if I want to make them to fit GTA SA size - I should resize them like 112%.
4 - If I leave them small they will be too small IMO. I compared cars like Interceptor and Stanier and they were ok. Also with SA animations for cars are not so good for small cars and you can easily see bugs with that.
About reflections - I will think about that. ENB reflections are kindof strange and they depend on parameters in [REFLECTION] (enbseries.ini).
Well I will try to do some expirements on the car to make reflections a bit better.

love the quality of your mods! just focus on making your mods fit the original GTA San Andreas game, with the SAMP/MTA support too of course. make them the best quality possible to be included to the game without bugs etc, and please keep an equal standard quality for all your mods, just don't change it for each vehicle like detail, reflections, damage, etc, etc. hope you will release a final GTA V to SA Car Pack in the future. thank you for your time..

You should make the commercial liveries as extras, not as paintjobs.

why as extras? U know I can't make them on some parts like doors but with paintjobs I can.

I mean like Mule. It has different commercial ad on the box. But this works as extras.

GTA SA Buffalo is 2 door, GTA V is 4 door, GTA SA Buffalo can't have tuning parts while Sultan has them and everything fits.

Can you fix your jester's collision? It hits the ground and when I adjust it with wheel corrector, the wheel floats. So bring the collision a bit high. Also you might consider making it tunable, as gta sa jester is tunable and it looks bad when such a beautiful car like jester isn't tunable. I love the jester. Please edit it after buffalo and make it tunable. ;)

GTA SA Jester and GTA V Jester are different cars. I will think after Buffalo S.
