Description
Willard Elegant based on a sedan from Max Payne 3
Converted to GTA SA and edited by M4k3
Replaces Elegant by default.

- Optimized model and textures.
- Works in SAMP.
- GTA SA numberplates.
- Custom collision.
- Flat shadow.
- Custom handling and other settings can be found in settings.txt file.
- Can be used with SkyGFX, ENB Series, GFXHack or without them.
- 1 car color: 1 - car paint.
- Damaged parts with GTA V scratches.
- Should be used with M4k3's New Car Animations mod.
- Can be tuned in TransFender.
- Works with and without ImVehFt (IVF features: dirt, indicators, reverse lights, fog lights, brake hubs, steering wheel).
Add vehgenbrakehub.png texture in vehicle.txd from Bonus folder if ImVehFt is not installed. - Realistic enviroment reflection.
Brighter reflection textures can be added in vehicle.txd from Bonus folder.

@LCIMC, I haven't actually tested it in MTA but I guess it should work. SAMP doesn't allow to use custom handling.cfg, carmods.dat and vehicles.ide settings. The wheels are adapted to have correct size in SAMP if you replace the vehicle I write in ReadMe (this one should replace Elegant).
MTA SA allows to set serverside handling.cfg settings for cars and change all 4 car colors. It means cars should work great in MTA if they replace what they are meant to replace.
