Any chance this could be made compatible with RoSA Project Evolved?

@TeskiVC2 So I checked the crash log to see what the problem is and it doesn't seem to know what the problem is. Still won't work. What else could I do?

I've tried using this mod. Crashes on startup every single time. I even tried a clean install with essentials pack including modloader, and fastman limit adjuster with the provided edited config file and it still won't work. I hope a fix comes sometime soon because I really want to use this mod!

Heads up for anyone wanting to install this mod (1.1): As of this version it is incompatible with Proper Fixes (some buildings turn white with missing textures) and the latest Urbanize version (because there will be floating props).

This mod is great, but I've notice a compatibility problem: whenever I load this mod with RestractPrime's Pearl Pier of Santa Maria, the overhead signs in RestractPrime's mod disappears. Don't know if that'll ever be fixed, but I thought I'd point that out just in case it helps anything.
