To fix the wheels glitch use this vehicle.ide line:
ID, samoa, samoa, car, SAMOA, SAMOA, null, normal, 10, 0, 0, -1, 0.80, 0.80, 0

@GTA4isthenewblack No problems with the lines. All were tested before releasing the mod. Please make sure that the handling and vehicle lines have been placed in their proper place. If you added Riata without replaces, check the Newhandling.dat and Newvehc.dat files, these are the files where new lines are usually placed.
