PS2 SFX - Higher Audio Quality

Could not fit this on my Vice City PS2 mod so I will include it seperately here unlike GTA 3 which already comes included. Basically, this mod brings the higher audio quality of the PS2 version for things like the Police radio scanner (dispatcher) and grenade sound effects.

To install: just copy both files to the Audio folder.
It also works as a standalone mod if you want it without my PS2 mod.
