Updated SA-MP Loading Screen ((Custom SAA2))

I decided to modernize the SA-MP loading screen and give it more of a unique HD look. You must have Custom SAA2 in order for this to work correctly.

•Simply replace "loadscs.txd" inside the Custom SAA2 folder.
