Everybody wears armor, even animals! Made for entertainment and/or some kind of hardcore mode. Armor is not visible. Installation:
First open Open IV
Then open Gta 5
Next open common.rpf then data
Turn on edit mode
Now drag pedhealth.meta into that folder
