To install, place LipMovement.asi into your root folder with ScriptHookV.dll.

Press the "O" key to toggle the lip movement.

This mod is aimed towards directors so they can input their own voice in editing. You might have to press the O key multiple times for it to toggle between true and false. by jedijosh920
