@eriksnyder98 Hi, thanks for downloading my mod. About how it installs, you can use txdworkshop. Here the steps: after downloading txdworkshop run it and give it in open img and look for where the folder of the gta vice city, locate the folder models and the open, there will be a file called gta3.img and you open it with double click, waits A moment to load the file, then look in the small box at the bottom sniper.dff you select and right click and replace, then do the same with the txd, remember that you have to click the txd after replacing it To update the texture, to end you click on save.
