Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Lord Zedd's Staff Mod

This mod adds Lord Zedd's Staff from the 1990s "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers" show into Vice City. It replaces the Hammer. It includes a brand new weapon HUD icon and a modified dat.
