1. Fire up your TXD Workshop
2. Open IMG and select gta3.img (you can find it in C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City\models)
3. Replace chromegun.dff chromegun.txd
4. Enjoy your new fancy weapon ^^
