Hi, I hope you like it. It took me quite a while to finish this complete character conversion. It has some inherent flaws in the game that I couldn't fix.

Excellent job!!! I have installed the replacement character files into modloader/gta3.img and PedFuncs.asi into my scripts folder but I still do not see varied characters. Do I need to add anything else to get the varied models to show up?
