Looks like the Touhous are making their way into Vice City in style.

We need more and maybe all of the Touhous into Vice City/SA soon.

I wouldn't mind seeing a Rumia and a Adult Rumia/EX-Rumia in Vice City/SA of course.

@ModTester32 I will make more touhouMOD, but gtainside will always review my MOD for a long time, sometimes even my MOD can not pass the review
