Victor Vance Cutscene Facial animation Fix by Cleoude.
I rigged Vic's face for cutscenes. It works clearly when you replace it(especially lance)
I added facial animations for Intro cutscene.

How to install
Replace csdeal.dff and csdeal.txd in gta 3 img or use modloader.
Replace int_d.ifp to anim/cuts.img. If IMG Tools shows this file is too big, remove orijinal one and add the ifp.
