Description
Based on Ken Rosenberg's official concept art for Vice City.
It's not totally accurate, but I'm satisfied enough for my result.
Does not include cutscene version. You can use the in-game model but it won't have animated mouth or eyes. (by copying igken.dff and igken.txd and name them "csken")
The 5th picture represents the original artwork, if you really want to see it.
