How I came about making this skin:

Ocean Beach is my favorite area of Vice City. I made this Pizza Boy skin as he makes drug deals! He's just a kid trying to get rich quick. He works as a pizza boy but he also gets in on the deals going down along Ocean Beach by delivering pizzas and drugs! If you cross him, he'll just shoot you and move on.
