Ocean Beach Patrol Skin

This is the Beach Patrol guy. This skin is mostly made from official Rockstar skin assets.

How I came about making this skin:

Ocean Beach is my favorite area of Vice City. There is a fixed vehicle spawn of a BF Injection along the beach, and there's also a baron/empty Beach Patrol HQ. I made this guy who runs the Beach Patrol HQ by himself. He drives around the beach on the BF Injection that spawns. He runs over anyone he doesn't like and stores their bodies inside the Patrol Headquarters and various huts on the beach to dispose of later! He doesn't hire anybody else, he kills alone! He occasionally shoots his victims from a distance as well.
