Mean Street Taxis Driver Skin

This is the Mean Street Taxi driver. This skin is mostly made from official Rockstar skin assets.

How I came about making this skin:

Ocean Beach is my favorite area of Vice city. Near one end of Ocean Beach, there is a bench and a shotgun weapon spawn. This bench has an advertisement for Mean Street Taxis. I made this Taxi Driver skin for the weapon spawn! This guy drives a Taxi for Mean Street Taxis, a Taxi firm which delivers drugs to customers via their drivers! The main guy is this guy, the top driver for every drug drop job. He plants drugs under the benches for the customer to sit down, take the drugs, give the driver his money, and leave. Only some customers try to rip off the drugs! So this driver pulls out his shotgun hidden behind the bench, and makes them a new hole!
