Front Page Cafe Security Skin

This is the Front Page Security guy. This skin is mostly made from official Rockstar skin assets.

How I came about making this skin:

Ocean Beach is my favorite area in Vice City. There is a cafe along this beach called the Front Page Cafe. This was part of a mission called "Bar Brawl". After the mission ended, the owner opted to hire new and better security, and this is the new security guy! He accepted the job as it's a prime location to set up drug deals. He works for the police as Vice, but he's corrupted and covers his tracks. He doesn't take shit from anybody, and kills anyone who dares to look at him different! He drives a blue Cheetah (as all Vice police do) and uses a silver knuckle duster that spawns somewhere behind the cafe.
