BETA Tommy Skin Player By HBSumon

Step 1:
Open IMG Tools,open gta3.img,then delete file player.txd and csplay.txd
and add file player.txd and csplay.txd in file BETA Tommy Skins
Step 2:
Copy player.bmp in paste in your GTA
VC file:?:\GTA VC\Models\generic\
