is for sa but for some weird reason the moderators posted this on VC section (probably because nobody uses or mod VC since is broken on windows 7)

This is for GTA SA I don't know what's happening unless you have a mistake for mods GTA VC?

During upload selection was gta sa/skins/new look i still dont know the reason of why was uploaded on VC section but is a problem of moderation and moderators nothing else.
The only ones that can fix this mistake are the moderators themselves since there is no other other way to edit
