Neo Matrix outfit for Tommy Vercetty

Hello everyone! I've created a fun and unique project for GTA: Vice City. I’ve combined two iconic worlds—The Matrix and GTA: Vice City in a way that’s never been done before! Instead of playing as Neo, you’ll control Tommy Vercetti, but with the look and style of The Matrix's legendary character.
I’ve worked hard to recreate Neo’s signature coat from scratch, paying close attention to the details to make it as movie-accurate as possible. I’ve also added Neo's famous sunglasses to complete the look. The best part is the custom skin, which I built entirely from scratch no pre-existing models or textures were used, so everything fits perfectly into Vice City.

Installation:
To install, move the files from the archive to the modelsgta3.img folder or add them to your modloader folder.
