Increased Health to 250
White Police Cars are now allow to spawn for all cities (Unknown)

Removed Teargas Grenade ( I will added on V3)
Health was decreased to 200

Garages Cars will be fully proofs.
Cubans will use Ruger Weapon.
Vercetti Gangs will use M60 and car Infernus.
