[VC Reviced Savegame] In the beginning with 200% Health & 200% Armor

This savegame file is only for Vice City Reviced, a total conversion mod by Orni X (re-distributed on May 3, 2025). It won't work with the vanilla version, and it's possible that previous versions of Reviced might not be compatible either. I've been enjoying Vice City Reviced so far, so I've completed 5 sidemissions:
- Ambulance [+50% Health],
- Vigilante [+100% Armor],
- Pizza Boy [+50% Health],
- Taxi [Boost Jump],
- Firetruck [Fireproof].

No more grindy sidemissions. Now the player has more freedom to focus on exploration and has a significant advantage in completing the main mission from early on in VC Reviced.
