If you get a black screen error do these
1) You will need to go into My Documents GTAVice City User files and delete the gta_vc.set file
2) Run the game. (Do not change any settings at this point)
3) Start a new game (Do not load the save game).
4) When the new game has started press the ESC key, Go to 'Start new game' then load game. Try loading the saved game
