GTA Vice City 3D Radio mod

This mod allows vehicle radios to play audio that can be heard in the game world, making vehicles feel more realistic and immersive. Instead of the radio sound being limited to the vehicle's interior, the audio can be heard from the outside as well, creating a more natural in-game experience.

Detachable Vehicle Parts: When the windshield, doors, or trunk become detached, the radio sound becomes clearer. This makes the audio react to changes in the vehicle's condition.
