GTA VC Textures with mipmaps and some tweaks for PC Vanilla

So... What's the difference between this mod and all the mipmapped texture mods for VC?

-Some textures are from the PS2 version

-Textures have higher quality like for example dockpave_256 (256x256 version found in GTA SA .txd files)

-It fixes some beta leftovers by editing the texture only

NOTE: This mod only replaces textures, so not a single model is being replaced or anything else.
