Say, man.
It turns out that the second rim on the top left is the same from GTA3.
But here's something interesting: The japanese version of Vice City on PS2 has a different texture for that rim.
Here's a mod with that same rim texture:

Is there any chance you can update that model to get based on that same texture, so that rim can look different from its GTA3 counterpart, as the rest of wheels?
And while you're at it, to also replace it in this mod of yours?
