[Made BY bibidibabidibu (Gta Vice City Extended Features Maker) Convert for simple vice city and simple file by Mert Ali Demir]
1- OPEN THE GTA3.IMG FILE WITH IMG TOOL
ADD IMG TOOL
Add the files in the folder to the game (delete the original washints.col file and add the files from that folder)
2- Add the clothing files (txd and dff files) from the clothes folder with IMG TOOL
3- Go to the data/maps/washints folder, delete the old washints folder, and add the new folder
(because it contains modded washints.ipl, washints.ide, and washints.col files)
4-
Drop the Rafaels.cs and Rafaels.txt files into the CLEO folder.
Remember to Back Up the Original Files Just in Case
