Vice City Commodore 64 Tape Save Icon Mod V2

This mod adds a Commodore 64 game Tape of Vice City into Vice City. It replaces the save icon pickup. It is reminiscent of the opening logo video of the game, which itself is an emulation of a Commodore 64. Icon made smaller in V2.
