Lada Vesta from GTA Kyshtym, ported by me for GTA Vice City on Android and IOS. Replaces Admiral.
Original for PC version: https://www.gtavicecity.ru/gta-vice-city/cars/270763-lada-vesta-red.html
Installation:
• Unzip the ZIP archive;
• Add with replacement to veh_high.img using the GTA IMG Tool application;
• Add textures to gta3hi.txt using the TXD Tool application;
• In default.ide from the setting.txt file, change the wheel settings.

Are you sure that over 2 MB DFF files cannot be converted to Mobile via DFF Converter? Because if that's really the case, then its very sad, as most of the detailed car mods for VC are over 2 MB! cray

Yes @San Kustom Mods this is true, but with the caveat that the car model weighs for example: 2.7 MB. Purely physically it can be ported. But you need several checks so that the game does not crash when the car spawns or gets damaged. So as not to spoil the assembly of mods.
