HD Wheel for Mobile

HD wheels from SRaSer, ported by me for GTA Vice City on Android and IOS.

Installation:
• Unzip the ZIP archive;
• Add textures to gamemisc.txt using the TXD Tool application;
• Move the models folder to the path Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtavc/files and paste it.
