What if i don't have the Mod Loader and i put it in manually? Where does that .ini file go? I only put the .asi file and can't say he's that much talkative..

if you don't have modloader then put both asi and ini file inside scripts folder or mss folder or you can simply put them inside root directory but you need an asi loader like Ultimate ASI Loader but you must put both asi and ini file otherwise the mod will not work correctly

@Austin 316 So i put that .ini file in mss folder, no difference..Then i put it in the root directory..Can't say there's any difference either..

do you have C++ installed in your PC? that software is required to run this plugin correctly and have you downgraded your game to version 1.0? and also you need to install Ultimate ASI Loader.
tip:- install Classic Axis too https://gtaforums.com/topic/896122-classic-axis-for-gta-iii-and-gta-vc/ and aim on peds or cops by pressing right mouse button and you'll notice that Tommy will speak more but before that you need C++, Ultimate ASI Loader and downgraded version 1.0 of the game

@Austin 316 The problem is idk where to look to see my game version..Its probably the 1.0..I tried looking in the readme file but nothing..I'll try what you said..
P.S. Yes i have the C++ 2005 Redistributable & C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable (x86) if that matters.. P.S.S. The ClassicAxis download is virusy..I don't want threats on my pc..Thx tho!
