Bro i think you should have written in the descprition all the mods we need installed because some mods lags with frame limiter (frame limiter is essential in vc cuz its the only way to run cutscenes) and if that happens we cannot know the culprit for some fps drops.

@BrubarVortex25 I used mixsets instead of frame limiter as it is more fixes other than frame limiter and enhances the game play

@MODDING MECHANIC But man some issues with the enb is the brightness cuz there isn't a debugging mode ( i mean changing some settings from inside the game with the mod ) then just going into enbseries.ini file i think you should fix that.
Edit: the enb is from Boris Vorontsov so i mean you have to take all the scripts from it and redo-them and then other remodelling that i don't know if know other programs other than Blender but it's all up to you bro.
