Why not just make it a cleo mod instead of a main.scm mod?

The cleo mode is everywhere, the section is in a better place, the collective mode is more in this trial, the benefit is that I will collect the cleo scripts and add them to the main scm

@TRSerdar People have modded main.scms, it would've been nice to had let this be a cleo script so people wouldn't have to restart their game just to add a mod like this.
