0. Backup Your "Grand Theft Auto Vice City" folder.
1. Method (Mod Loader):
Copy the folder called: "Test Track Flat Map" to catalog: "modloader" in: "Drive Letter:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City\".
2. Done.
