Description
Ballas From GTA San Andreas from xskater8x, ported by me for GTA Vice City on Android and IOS. Replaces Haitian.

Installation:
• Unzip the ZIP archive;
• Add with replacement to ped_high.img using the GTA IMG Tool application;
• Add textures to gta3hi.txt using the TXD Tool application.
