Description
Opening Of Closed Places by kurtis2222, ported by me for GTA Vice City on Android and iOS. This mod opens access to previously inaccessible places.

Installation:
• Unzip the zip archive;
• Add with replacement to gta3.img using the GTA Img Tool application.
